Luxury abounds in Windermere, Florida, but there are several fantastic luxury neighborhoods to still purchase a home for under $900,000.
Keenes Pointe
With easy access to the vibrancy of popular Florida attractions, Keenes Pointe presents exclusivity and distinction in the Windermere area. Supplemented by an 18-hole, Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, the development also offers a large clubhouse with on-site dining and luxurious homes. While some are priced in the multi-million dollar range, the large number of home styles in the area also makes it possible to find a beautifully designed home for less than $900,000.
Tildens GroveÂ
In addition, it’s also possible to find a home in the same price point within Tildens Grove. This upscale community includes less than 150 homes, provided by some of the region’s premiere builders. Right along the lakeshore, the homes of Tildens Grove offer at least a half-acre of private property, with large homes starting at around 3,200 square feet in size. Â
Weatherstone on Lake Olivia
Also set along the waterfront, Weatherstone on Lake Olivia presents impressively designed estate homes, all of which sit on one-acre lots, or even larger. With only around a dozen homes to choose from, the intimate community often includes private swimming pools and desirable outdoor space. Although some homes top $1 million, it’s still possible to find a home under $900,000.
Casa del Lago
The new community of Casa del Lago sits along Lake Burden, close to some of the other more prestigious communities of Windermere. With Spanish-inspired architecture, the Old World style of Casa del Lago invites room for privacy and exclusivity. The homes also come in a range of price points, from just under a half-million to others in the multi-million dollar range.Â
Tuscany Ridge
With dozens of homes to choose from, Tuscany Ridge offers up uniquely designed residences with Tuscan flair. Extras such as a community playground and tennis court compliment the estate homes of this community, with many spaciously designed homes coming in at under $900,000.
