About 702 Alta Vista Court
Welcome to one of Vistamar Villages' premier homes. Originally showcased by Meritage Homes as the community's model home, this beautifully maintained single-story residence occupies a premium corner lot in one of the neighborhood's most desirable locations.
The home offers 1,823 square feet of living area, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an open-concept main living space, an attached 2-car garage, a rear patio, and access to the Vistamar Villages community pool. Model-home upgrades include granite countertops, upgraded cabinetry, upgraded fixtures and lighting, extended tile, and decorator selections. The corner location provides additional visual separation and curb presence compared with a typical interior lot, while the one-story layout keeps all four bedrooms on a single level.
Conveniently located in Davenport, just minutes from ChampionsGate, Publix, Ronald Reagan Parkway, Interstate 4, and Walt Disney World, this home combines convenience, comfort, and style.
