Close to the magic of Walt Disney World, Celebration, FL offers some of the region’s most charming neighborhoods, filled with extra amenities and desirable home styles. 

Artisan Park

Located on Celebration’s southwest side, the Artisan Park neighborhood mainly centers around the area’s community park, with a multi-use field and access to the Artisan Club. Exclusively for residents of Artisan Park, the clubhouse offers up a swimming pool and hot tub, outdoor grilling space, a bar and restaurant, plus a gym. 

In addition to the desirable parkland, the Artisan Park neighborhood is also surrounded by other green space, with a biking and walking trail and wildlife. This 160-acre village provides hundreds of condos and townhomes as well as single-family homes, many in cottage or bungalow designs, as well as some colonial-style architecture, in a variety of price points.  

East Village

Meanwhile, towering palm trees line the entrance to the East Village neighborhood, filled with estate homes and large village homes. With a variety of styles to choose from, many homes within East Village offer wraparound porches with also some custom designs 

Popular neighborhood amenities include Crescent Park, complete with a swimming pool, as well as green space dedicated for things like football, lacrosse and baseball games. There’s also a community play area for younger residents. In addition, some sections of East Village area filled with walking and biking trails, with plentiful green space and lushly landscaped properties.

Spring Lake

One of the newest neighborhoods in Celebration, Spring Lake provides 40-acres, developed by David Weekley Homes. The community provides a community swimming pool and lawn area, with conservation views. As well, there are also trails linking the neighborhood to others in the surrounding area.

With easy access to major roadways, the neighborhood is also convenient for visiting Downtown Celebration shops and a short walk from neighborhood parks. Floor plans within the Spring Lake neighborhood range from around 1,600 square feet of living space to upwards of 2,700 square feet. It’s common to find styles including French, Colonial, Victorian and Craftsmen-style architecture within the Spring Lake neighborhood.
