Hello, my name is Rosa Maria Valdes, your dedicated real estate professional from Medellin, Colombia, a beautiful city called the city of the eternal spring where I lived there for 29 years, then I moved to Toronto Canada, and I lived there for 12 years with my husband and three beautiful girls, I moved with my family to Orlando in 2001. I have always been fascinated by the unique stories each home tells and the memories they hold. Outside of real estate, I am an avid cook expertise in Chilean pastry that my customers and family enjoy when I prepare them. I was a volunteer at my children's school and became a chaperone in all their events as my children were singers when they were at School.
Before diving into the world of real estate, I honed my skills as a Technician Agronomist working with plants and animals., specially I worked with animals in Metro Toronto Zoo in Toronto, Canada. Then I work in sales as an Avon representative where I had around 50 representatives under my help, and I worked at Chick Fil A Restaurant in customer service, area, where I learned the art of negotiation, the importance of attention to detail, and the value of building lasting relationships. These experiences have equipped me with the tools to be an effective advocate for my clients in the real estate market.
I got my license in 2006 starting to work with companies like Keller William, Coldwell Banker, Exit Realty and more, allowing me to work with international clients from countries like Canada, England, Scotland, India, Dominican Republican, Latin America for Spanish speaking. Countries as Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil where I can manage and understand their language.
My desire to learn and obtain my Real estate license was because I wanted to invest in my own family property and be able to help my family with all the needs in real estate after you became an owner and at the same time help my family in the household needs with my earning.
My journey to real estate was driven by a passion to help my family, friends and customers find not just a house but a place they truly call home. My desire to offer better attention to my customers allows me to become a Broker Associate in 2016. I like to study continuously, and I got a designation in my Carrer of real estate on Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABRR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). It allows me to sell more than 250 homes in my career.

With client success stories or testimonials during my real estate carer in 2007-2008, I was able to help lots of customers in short sale., doing negotiations with banks and avoiding during the process that the customers face foreclosures and at the present time the customers are able to buy again a new property. I help my husband to buy an investment property and now he is getting home equity and taking advantage of the property rent.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading devotional and my bible, encouragement books, cook, and walk, which keep me connected and engaged with our vibrant community. I believe that understanding the community is key to finding you the perfect neighborhood.
