She has been in real estate for over 10 years, owning and operating her own property management company, investing in multiple properties, and successfully developing real estate projects. She brings a wealth of knowledge in real estate investing, with a strong focus on creative financing strategies, asset optimization, and scalable growth.
Her experience spans short-term, mid-term, and long-term rentals, portfolio restructuring, and building systems that maximize cash flow while protecting assets. Before entering the real estate business, Destini taught in Miami-Dade, Hillsborough, and Polk County public schools for over ten years. She has also served in nonprofit leadership roles as a curriculum specialist and assistant program director.
