Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®)

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council ("REBAC") of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

Carlos German has met the experience and educational requirements set forth by the Buyer’s Agent Council, and is proud to have earned the ABR® designation.

e-PRO® Internet Professional

e-PRO® is the only technology certification program offered by NAR. It is designed to prepare real estate professionals to make the most of Internet technology and to identify, evaluate, and implement new Internet business models. The elite group of course graduates represents only four percent of all Realtors® in the country.

The e-PRO® certified real estate professional joins the ranks of a special community of highly skilled and continuously trained professionals who provide high quality and innovative online-based real estate services.
