Let us first start off by giving Carlos a great big "Thank You" for making our vacation home purchase a smooth and stress free process. 
It certainly did not start out that way. Our first mistake was wasting three months with an unprofessional Realtor who was a great disappointment and did not come through for us. We were starting to become jaded and not sure if we wanted to continue with this endeavor. That is when we got on the internet and found Carlos' website. From the moment we talked to him and explained our situation he was able to put our minds at ease, we knew we found our man. We had only two days to fly out and get familiar with the areas we were interested in , and let me tell you, Carlos went above and beyond, giving us his undivided attention for two full days. He exceeded our expectations and found the perfect townhome for us in Windsor Hills that met all our needs. I would highly recommend Carlos to anyone looking in the Orlando/Disney area . Having no idea about the different areas of Orlando, Carlos was very quick to help me zero in on a perfect neighborhood. We settled on Reunion due to it's great tennis, golf and water facilities.
We looked at several bank owned and short sale properties. Once we found the property we liked Carlos helped us negotiate a rock bottom price for a fully furnished home for 450 K, while the original mortgage was 1.4 million!!! Carlos went out of his way to make sure everything was right even after the sale. I can not recommend him highly enough. If you need something done Carlos is your man! Thanks again.

Purchasing a home is never an easy process. Under the current market conditions and with all the 
new loan requirements it is at times, at best, trying. Even though, we recently purchased a townhome in Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee. I was very fortunate to have a world class realtor assist me every step of the way. Give Carlos German “5 Stars” or a “Diamond Rating”, whatever, he’s the best! WOW Carlos, thanks for letting me know of your new website and allowing me to test it out before anyone else. I just can’t say enough, this website is amazing!!! I like the fact that you provide extensive property information including listed date, last price change, past year taxes and even bird’s eye view and directions. This is the most cutting edge website I’ve ever seen for the Disney Orlando area and I will keep using it to find my next home.
I also like how you can search by subdivision, map and even MLS number. The search forms are easy and I was able to pin point my desire properties and locations quickly.
